We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join our Risk and Finance Tech Chapter. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in delivering results and ensuring that your team is able to work efficiently and effectively. You are a master at balancing coaching and guiding your team, and are always on the lookout for ways to remove impediments and keep the team focused on delivering value.

Practical Examples
As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will contribute to achieving the department’s objectives and work alongside other Scrum Masters to ensure a clear and concise Scrum strategy is in place. You are skilled in using Azure DevOps to professionalize your Squad and reduce administrative workload, freeing up your team to focus on what they do best.

Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can structure and motivate our multidisciplinary squad to achieve ambitious goals. You’ll collaborate with other teams to manage dependencies, facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You’re self-aware, and leverage your strengths to build trust, achieve results, and drive improvements.

You and your talent
We’re looking for a Scrum Master who is passionate about delivering the best team results while maintaining a positive working environment.

• You should have at least 5 years of experience with Scrum Way of Working, and mastery of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Financial knowledge and familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL, Azure Cloud environments, PowerBI, and different cultures are advantageous.

• a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-

• A pension scheme to which you contribute 5.5%
• 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year
