Here are some of the exciting things you’ll be working on:

• Algorithms that will calculate if our clients are still on track to reach their wealth goals based on their investments or savings.
• An Azure cloud based application that consists of micro-services and integrates with other applications developed by other teams. Your work will be critical in ensuring that we create effective and efficient solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
• Identifying and managing dependencies and risks. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that we deliver our products and services according to all the security and compliancy guidelines.
• Working together with various team members, including business analysts, solution architects, product- and process managers, to deliver a better product. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s dedicated to creating innovative solutions.
• Participating proactively in team decisions and challenging your team members on presented solutions.
• You will facilitate Squad and Area Scrum rituals, including planning, stand-up, reviews and retrospectives;
• You will support the Product Owners in maintaining healthy product backlogs. Together with the product owners and the DevOps
  teams you will work on planning and roadmap of activities;
• You will facilitate cross-team alignment to work towards successful delivery of products;
• You will support the Area Leadership team on Area transformation topics. These topics might be outside the squads you are assigned to as Scrum Master allowing you to operate on a bigger scale.

You and your talent
Here are the qualifications we’re looking for, and how you can use them to make a difference:

• Skilled in JAVA, Angular, Azure, Spring boot, Cloud Foundry, SQL, XML, and JSON with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• As a member of our team, you’ll feel responsible for the quality of the software you deliver. Not only in development- and test environments but until and including production.
• Having hands-on experience working with Spring and Springboot, Web Api’s, JSON, XML and SQL.
• CI/CD pipelines in Azure, test automation, unit testing and integration testing with other applications or services is part of your second nature. You are always looking for ways to improve the code, performance, stability and security of our applications.
• A natural problem solver with a proven track record of creating software that dazzle our business representatives. You’ll work closely with our team to deliver products and services that exceed expectations.
• You are able to translate the requirements into user stories that drive results. You’ll use your analytical skills to uncover new insights and create effective solutions that solve complex challenges.
• Experience working in agile environments, including DevOps and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and collaboration.
• A constructive and flexible mindset with a drive to achieve results. You’ll take ownership of your work and be motivated to contribute to our team’s success.

This is what we offer you

• • a gross monthly salary between € 3.959,- and € 5.655,- (scale 9).
  • 13th month and holiday pay
  • an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
  • an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
  • a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
  • a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
  • Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
